WEEK 7: Eagles vs Cowboys, MNF

I have so many thoughts and feelings, yet also feel numb.

Someone screwed up so egregiously that even long-time Philly diehards like myself find our allegiance to this team and franchise tested right now. It's been difficult to find the motivation to even throw together a meetup for Monday night's game, knowing that either the team or the NFL (likely some combination of both) prioritized playing an overseas game over someone's life.

And this isn't just someone. Jalen Hurts is such a high-level upstanding thoughtful leader, let alone the best player on the field for two Super Bowl appearances. It's beyond devastating to think about what could have occurred, or what might have been avoidable had less greedy heads prevailed over a lack of common sense.
